If you ask to receive Insights, we collect your email address and the date you signed up. Our form provider also automatically records technical information submitted with the contact form, including your IP address and the time of submission. We do not use advertising cookies on this site, and our analytics provider does not use cookies or track visitors across sites.
Why we collect it
We use contact form information solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether we can assist you. If you have asked to receive Insights, we use your email address only to send those updates. We do not sell or share your information for advertising purposes, and you can ask to be removed from the Insights list at any time.
Service providers with access
The following third parties process data on our behalf:
- Formspree receives and stores contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Its privacy practices are described at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Netlify hosts this website. Its servers automatically log standard technical data for every visit, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our business records. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Confidentiality
Information sent through this website is not privileged or confidential until we have agreed to represent you. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information through the contact form.
